1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website safakgroup.om and to the New Rent application at www.sfbom.com, both operated by Safak Future Business - Joint Partnership (“Safak Future”, “we”), Sultanate of Oman. By using them you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. The website
The website gives general information about Safak Future and its services. Prices, availability and offers are confirmed only when we agree them with you directly. You may not misuse the website, try to break its security, or overload it.
3. The New Rent application
- New Rent is for authorised Safak Future staff only. Accounts are personal; do not share passwords or let others use your account.
- Use New Rent only for Safak Future's business and according to your role.
- Administrators who connect a Google Drive account must connect only an account that belongs to the company or that they are authorised to use for it. They can disconnect it at any time.
- We may suspend an account that is misused or no longer needed.
4. Rentals
Each vehicle rental is governed by the written rental contract signed with the customer. If that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.
5. Intellectual property
The Safak Future name, marks, website content and the New Rent application belong to Safak Future. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Liability
We work to keep the website and New Rent available and accurate, but we provide them “as is” and do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
